NEW YORK – March 1, 2016 – Spencer Baretz and Cari Brunelle have launched a firm called Baretz+Brunelle after leaving Hellerman Baretz, where they were both partners, earlier this month.
The New York-based firm will counsel law firms, businesses, and public figures, the consultancy said in a statement, adding that it will "pursue an aggressive growth strategy to build out its existing financial services and corporate transactional work."
