New York — April 4, 2024 — Howard Rosenberg, partner and head of the Talent Intelligence & Acquisitions team at Baretz+Brunelle, has been shortlisted for the Innovation Trailblazer Award in connection with Law.com International’s 2024 Legal Innovation and Technology Awards. Howard and TIA are using groundbreaking techniques to help firms achieve growth through the vital area of lateral hiring.
 
The Innovation Trailblazer Award recognizes visionary thinkers, pioneers, and game-changers reshaping the legal industry. The awards, now in their 10th year, celebrate the innovative thinking by lawyers and others that push the profession forward. With the exception of the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Innovative Trailblazer Award is the only individual award in the entire program. Other nominees for the award include individuals from Dechert, DLA Piper, and Volkswagen Financial Services Ireland. Winners will be announced on May 24 at an event in London, England.

Innovations from the Baretz+Brunelle group include a first-of-its-kind lateral candidate score, which is derived from both open source and human intelligence gathered about a candidate, with support from an artificial intelligence platform using machine learning. TIA continues to innovate to bring clarity to a normally unsophisticated process.
